i'm having my SPM now...but i'm still 16 coz my birthday on dec 22.... so next year about april....after i get my SPM result ( by the time, i'm 17 d) can i go for d cadet pilot? If cannot...i need to wait another year... thats the bad news for those who are born in the december...*sad*
