sorry mr,it is not self-interest in mind or in other words,selfish ,of getting bonus etc,its how mas treat their staff over the years.it is'human thing' to be unsatisfied.people work for money and the reason why this people are unhappy is just because they are not getting what they deserved for.true enough,if u get rm500 for year-end bonus/reward,u will be happy rather than nothing.losses is another issue but to make your staff happy is another issue.no motivation=unhappiness
