Sri Ramani K. 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2007 (edited) was just speaking to a friend, and he said this happened last friday. tyre of the MD-11 fell off just after taking off in UAE and it landed in SZB with one tyre on the nose of the landing gear. any insider can confirm if it actually happened or am i being taken for a ride? if it actually did, how come there isn't any news at all in the media?
