Scoot to add Embraer E190-E2 and E195-E2 to their fleet?

Recommended Posts

Embraer may close a large order in Southeast Asia. Singapore Airlines is reportedly negotiating an order for up to 50 E190-E2 and E195-E2 jets for its low-cost subsidiary Scoot, according to Bloomberg.

Interesting to note that while airlines in the region are looking at the A321Neo to lower CASK, Scoot is looking at the other end of the aircraft size spectrum. Perhaps we can see some interesting new less well served destinations being introduced in future.
