Same city pair with 2 codeshare partners on different alliances?

So I was browsing HEL's page and scrolled through their departures and arrivals, and I caught something:

Two MH codeshare flights to AMS, one operated by KLM, another by Finnair departing 1 hour and 5 minutes after KLM's. Seems kinda unusual to me, especially when the flights are operated by airlines in different alliances.

 

Is this because MH-KL's codeshare agreements are still in effect, hence this oddity?
