Requirements To unfreeze Frozen-ATPL

Hello,

 

I would like to know what are the exact requirements to "unfreeze" Malaysian's Frozen ATPL licence? I heard that you need atleast 1500 flying hours. Does it restricted to types of aircrafts? MTOW? Is it applicable to JET-ENGINED Aircrafts only? Or maybe something else?

 

I am graduating from a local FA here in few months coming. Kinda worry with current bottleneck of job opportunities... So I hope you people could help clarify this as it might helps me in planning my future. Thanks in advance.
