Alvin Liew 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2010 I watched an old film named "The Italian Job" which produced at 1968. I saw a proper plane propeller plane in the film, it seems so unique, but I don't know what model is it... Can anyone identify what plane is that? Here's some photos for share... #In this shot, you can see some Chinese words on the near cockpit region. Hope someone can help, sorry if wrong poll posted... Cheers, Liew

Alvin Liew 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2010 http://www.malaysianwings.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=14446&view=findpost&p=256755 Hi there, Nguyen, Thanks for the information, this is a amazing plane, and it is rare enough, only 20 units were produced. Other than that, the livery on that C-74 is represented to the Communist Chinese Civil Aviation Airlines Corporation, the film company painted the livery for the film purpose. Hope that I can see one of these in the future although those c-74s have retired so long time ago... Thanks again, Nguyen.
