Hi, I'm interested to hear from anyone who might have photos of these two Nuri choppers that were used in the 1988 film "Bat 21" starring Gene Hackman and filmed in Malaysia. I'm keen to use them in my book on "Hollywood Aircraft". Cheers Simon

Ecellent replies!!! What prompted me to start this thread was that on a recent trip to Sungai Besi I photographed details of the Sabre on display there with s/n: FM-1907 and inside was a panel with "A94-365" on it indicating its original RAAF s/n. But most sources quote this Sbare as being FM-1905. Is it possible this is the actual Sabre simply marked as "FM-1907"?

I'm looking to put together a definitive listing of serial numbers for the RMAF Avon-Sabre, all ex-RAAF Sabre Mk.32 fighters. I believe there was 18 in service all up. Thank you.
