Hi Albert, I'm so sorry to hear your story. I feel there's a little disappointed and dissatisfiaction from your writing. I don't blame you, since I feel them too. This rudeness behaviour doesn't stop at AirAsia. I was treated badly while I was on MAS a couple times. I was on local route, granted. But from the security officer to the flight attendent, they all treat me like I'm on my way to jail cell. I may be exaggerating, but you get the point. I didn't pay RM100+ for that. I can pay RM25 for a far superior social service and friendy face on bus trip. This is not about money, of course. But it's just a shame that they treat us fellow Malaysian (even their own race) like that, but not the Mat Saleh........... Across the aisle!! How's about that... I've nothing to complain about their international route, at least not yet..

Why did they used 744? Did anyone sat in the Economy class?? Bawak turf sendiri ke? Hehehe.
