  1. Hi, i'm planing to do spoting at KLIA soon, but i'd like some advice, as this will be my very first spotting. Any recomendations on the date? i'd like to see the blue whale or hibbie... and a nice weather. Please help me in order to makethis a hell of a day. In short, i need and10t's guide for spotting! :help:  ;)

  2. yeah..it is hard...simulator training was the worst nightmare of my whole life! :o but those are typical conditions for our 6-monthly base check..initial C of T would be a lot easier for cadets though..

Worst NIGHTMARE??? i've only been in a sim once and it was the second best thing that happened to me this school year!!!?? :good: :D

  3. Can anyone explain what the extra antenna on top of MH (lacking on KL) is used for ?

    Sebastien,

There are 2 Hibbies: Papa Bravo and Papa Delta...

    TWO HIBBIES?????

:help: This is the End.... :cray: ::80::

LOL, jk, though it is bad. such a plane should be unique, not copied again! How about a full fleet of hibbies and heliconias? how should the 330 and 734 be painted then?

  4. The 'cut for emergency' means what it says. if the plane crashes, and the doors are bloked, the rescue team will be cutting through there to acces the cabin, maybe no cabes there or something.

Why Hibiscus II? are there 2 hibiscus? i though papa bravo was unique!

  5. Well, it does look like a 787, indeed it has wings, a cabin, a nose, a tail, and an amazing winflex. But this one looks more gentle, the lines are more sharp and sweet at the same time. the nose is really kick a$$! This is way better than the 787, sorry boeing boys! It's the first time i say that, and i'm proud of it!

  6. This turned out to be a AvB topic... too bad some can't read the news without saying ' Airbus sucks, well done for them' or 'Boeing is for loosers'.

I'm more Aibus, and all i have to say is that the aeronautics sector is so variable at the end of the year things might be a hell of a lot different.

  7. 734,Sebastien? I don't get it.Now i'm getting confused here...

    It was a joke.

    Sebastien,

The 772/9M-MRK was definitely correct, as was filed by ACARS, unless you're talking about a simulator flight between KUL-CDG

Ok, sorry for the mistake, i mixed up with another flight (same company, but different week) where a 744 was used. So, Irman and pieter, you guys won the price. I'll anounce it later when i'm not in a hurry
