    Any nice pix from WMKM tarmac and terminal interior??

     

    By now I guess WMKM new expansion project already get approval from DCA to use,,since FY start operate from Malacca to Singapore on September..in 5 months come..

     

    Sure some enjoyment for Malacca spotters soon..

    Anyway, keep this spotting spirit alive even with BULIS around...

     

    We can be proud as few of Malaysian SLR's owner with this rare hobby...

    I felt so sorry with Mr MAR case... Seem like the situation never been improved also the effective, even with "new" FLAGSHIP office and cutting edge technology,, still require us to call here and there just to made simple trans-section and redeem... I dont know how long it take for them to learn others company efficiency to deliver customers satisfaction... Im not talking about entire organization, just some of them need to learn more...

     

    I then happily spent about MYR 4,000 with www.emirates.com NO HEARTACHE.

     

    Emm Mr. MAR, the MYR 4k ticket for vv sector to/from ME region ke??which classit is??

    Ashmil, METAR decoded for you :)

    EHAM=airport identifier, 25=date of issue, 1025Z=time the METAR is issued UTC time, 220 =wind direction, 11KT=wind speed in Knots. 3500=visibility in meters. -DZ=slight drizzle BR=Mist. OVC007=Overcast clouds at 700feet. 05/04=Temperature is 5 degrees Celsius and the dew point is 4 degrees Celsius. Q1027=QNH 1027. TEMPO 2500=Temporary change of visibility to 2500 meters

    It is first time for me to see MASkargo at KCH...

     

    Previously I remember 3-4 years ago white MASkargo at Bintulu airport..

     

    TF-ARN was the rego, took off quite late after a short burst of heavy downpour.. thus lousy lights!! runway 25 departure enroute to HongKong via Manila if not mistaken

     

    Iggy, the route I presume as KUL-KCH-Manila-HKG..Its this MASkargo new schedule/sector or it only for this trip only to deliver cargo??

    Not really nice to me with current livery,the gold line look bit spoil to me..hehehe..but spotting new bird at SZB soon still best thing to do..hehehe...

     

    Wow for next few weeks need regularly check on skyliner to get info for this aircraft movement...

    Sometime this question come across in my head,, when an airline reduce their capacity and/or terminate a station/destination,, how it effect to the airline tech and cabin crew roster??

     

    It involve mass calculation since I have no idea about roster arrangement but Should be an excess crew..

     

    How do MAS/an airline handle this excess crew??Are they encourage to take unpaid leave?? or they will be less working period for them??

    Sorry bit OT..

     

    Based on KLIA masterplan sketch on The Star newspaper today, a new Cargo Complex will be next to new propose LCCT... So under this 2B MYR project, does this project include the construction of new cargo complex?? Do KLIA need an expansion of cargo complex?? because once current LCCT operation will be move to new LCCT, the current LCCT can be converted to cargo complex kan..Do I correct??

    Many thanks to Mr. KK Lee for the explanation and Tony for the hint..hehe..Mean here mainly about baggage transitions time taken lah...

     

    So how about others major airport round the world with more than 1 terminal, how do they do to make it more efficient like SIN as you mention above..

     

    And on last week newspaper, MAB come with a solution to reduce time taken from Satellite building...So see it how soon...

    Guys come check, download and watch this AF1 Documentary..It reveal at least some of AF1 operation under previous Mr President...

     

    Since this topic open been created,, I wonder how much operation cost (not to mention it maintenance cost here!!) of this AF1 when she fly for medium to long haul flight...Just imagine a set of crew of AF1 are 26 persons from flight deck (4 person there) to cabin crew and on-board chef...And for long haul, AF1 will not fly alone, she must be accompany by his sister AF2 for backup purpose, mean if AF1 come here we may see it 2 (IINM) also tonne of secret agent around and airport snipper and dont forget Mr President logistic also...

     

    SO roughly how much bill will go to US Defance Department/Pentagon per Mr President visit.. ;) ;)

     

    One best think I get, each time new US President been elected, mean new set of AF1 pilot also...

     

    Looking forward similar documentary of 9M-NAA at Majalah 3 soon..it is possible?? :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

    2nd thanks also to our friendly spotters that day accompany the 2 ah moi around KLIA parameter from wx station to OH and MTB... :clapping: :clapping:

     

    I just wonder,, the writer forgot or dont know or it can't be publish the word of "MalaysianWings.net" inside the article.."unlucky" (sorry to say this worry) that time the journalist dont face/experience/confront with BULIS team...IF it happen that day,,I believe today last part of story become main story of this article..hehehe..

     

    Any where it good to promote 'new' hobby in town,at least some other photographer may switch to new hobby over this weekend and collect model like Simon..hehehe..

     

    Looking forward any chance for Majalah 3 Documentary soon...

    The design of MTB/Satellite terminal is inefficient for airline operation. If the new LCCT is operational friendly and efficient, better for MH to ditch MTB/satellite terminal for the new LCCT else will forever at disadvantage and inefficient. The MTB/satellite terminal can become a amusement park, airport museum, convention center, shopping center, etc that MAB is so keen to venture into.

    Then Mh can bring down their ''fly 5 star at low cost.'' because if they fly from lcct, they are LCC.

     

    Then I guess in future we may hear again same complain from DTF : "My planes dont have enough parking space here...I need a new LCCT for my planes and customers..Can continue with Labu-Labi project??" :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

    Why does the KUANTAN airport need an extension ? FY will stop its PEN-KUA-PEN route and AK has stopped their KUL-KUA-KUL route, its only left with

    MH's KUL-KUA-KUL and FY's SZB-KUA-SZB and KUA-SIN-KUA as well as the other military aircrafts using the airport.

    It will be interesting to know why :rolleyes:

     

    Allow me to add one more fact here..Don't forget that TGG had expand runways and terminal building to cater B747 and others WB planes..So I personally think it sufficient enough for East Coast Peninsular of Malaysia region..And Petro-Chemical Industry at Gebeng I feel it dont required a frequent cargo shipment..

     

    So extension of KUA is not on top of priority list project under current economic situation to me..

     

    So goes to me,, wonder why gomen want to expand this KUA airport project...

    Emm I in principle not agree at all IF FY allow to operate SZB-SIN sector..The government should stick on their policy, SZB for turboprop schedule flight operation ONLY..IF MOT allow FY operate B734 from SZB, then new "fighting arena" will open between MH/FY and AK..

     

    If FY wish to compete with AK on SIN sector, please test your branding (FY) at LCCT first..Then I believe their parent company from MTB will feel some hit also..IF not, be proud as turboprop operator from SZB to SIN..

     

    Bit sad also to hear that FY no longer make PEN as their hub and terminate KBR,TGG and KUA from PEN.. I feel so sorry to Penang folks can't travel by air to east coast soon and vice versa.. Hope FY will resume these destination soon once economic growth back to normal..

    Wow IF this rumor come true, AF with brand new B77F,, more than willing ride my bike for 50 km journey to KUL to spot her, IF she come to KUL.. :) :)

     

    Anyway to Sofian,, you need to improve your skill on zooming the plane and please use size of 800 pix width so the picture look nice and big..Baru pUaasssss...hehehe..Keep improve day by day Pyan.. :clapping:
