    3.Aeroflot-If i'm not mistaken,they used to fly to KUL during the SZB heyday (using Il-62 aircraft;pardon me if i'm wrong here).Hope that SU could consider KUL as their destination,after Transaero terminated the DME-BKK-KUL route.

     

     

    Yes, I used the see SU in SZB back(around)1995-1999. Their planes attract me because of the Diamond logo on the tail. :rolleyes:

  3. Are you book on SQ12 SIN/NRT??

    If yes, there is a possibility the airline or travel agent issue the ticket wrongly.

     

    To Japan is 20kg SIN-SQ-JAPAN (20KG FOR EY)

     

    Unless your ticket route (for example)

    SIN-JAPAN 1JUN

    JAPAN-USA/CANADA 3JUN

     

    Abv itin FBA will be 2PC (1pc = 23kg)

     

    Call SQ is the best solution!!

    Korean Air suspended their flight from 17May to 30Nov2011. So better take you "last" KE shoot before XXXXXX :sorry:


  5. If you prefer dinner/supper, try going with Asiana instead - at least that was the case when we flew them end 2009

    Personally, I would have preferred a breakfast instead - the human body is not quite programmed for a substantial meal when internal clock says it's 2am and you're supposed to be fast asleep instead :p

     

    I agreed with BC Tam, I took MH120 PER-BKI STD0045 STA0625, they serve dinner/supper...I can't eat due to the time and I can't sleep due to the noise (crew serving meal)...2am is suppose to ZZZZZZ (beauty sleep) (don't disturb me) :p

     

    As my experience with KE674 BKI-ICN STD0015 STA0625, once on cruise-announcement made to switch off the light (can ZZZZZ) and prior to arrival they serve breakfast.... I had my sleep and my tummy are ready for the next excitment. :D :D

     

    I believe KE did some study on serving meal based on flying time, type of food ....etcs. :) :)

     

    p/s: i think it is not easy for the crew to serve meal prior to landing too. have to work fast ooo...

    After the earthquake,a lot of foreign countries had sent chartered aircraft to Japan or changed scheduled aircraft type for evacuation of own countries visitors to Japan.

    But now,evacuation flight from Japan has settled down.

    On the other hand, a lot of cargo airplanes have come to Japan to carry support goods.

    I heard AN-225 had visited NRT last Friday and AN-124 had visited NRT again yesterday!

    On 27th March, I could catch it.

  7. If not mistaken 29Mar is HL7752 with Snow livery. Anybody catch it? ^^

     

    and "keep an eye" for HL7733 with Skyteam livery. Hopefully KE will fly her to KUL. ^^

  8. What a shame! I've the worst experience there while back to KUL last month.... How could they hire someone so rude and unable to speak English sitting on the frontdesk... chasing off customer away from their counters simply they were focusing on the TV Drama! I made a real big complain there and wrote a letter but never received a reply or an apology... shame!

     

    I agreed with Mike....the staff can't speak English at all. Even if they can, you won't understand it. (I personally experience it too!!)


  9. Full. Forward sales are quite good.

     

    My family took MH120 on 28Jan PER-BKI, feedback from her...very old aircraft used and it like a budget airline.( worst than AK).

    If MAS use old aircraft for this sector then I guess it won't last long. :( (very sad)

    My mom was suppose to take AK6034/11JAN KCH-BKI

     

    This is what happen between me and AK chk in staff (in KCH) phone conversation:

     

    AK chk in staff: Your mom don't have booking and her booking is on 25DEc....blah blah (with her loud voice)

    Me: Listen to me, can I give you ....(before I can finish)

    AK chk in staff: No, you listen to me. YOUR MON DON'T HAVE BOOKING........BLAH BLAH BLAH (louder voice)

    Me: (Listen and let her finish) Can I give you her new booking number?

    AK chk in staff: What is it?

    Me: EP9MKX

    AK chk in staff: Next time give me the booking number.

    (she hang up the phone without let me to talk to my mom)

     

    To add thing worse, she is borrowing a phone from a pax next to her.

     

    Now every can fly and everyone get fired from AK too!!!
