Kwek,unfortunately,I dont have a clear profile of the Strikemaster's wing,as the day we were there the weather is kinda dusty and the initial part of the show was done quite a fair distance from the grandstand..

OMG!OMG!..thats what I would have said...if the jumbo taxies strictly on the taxiway centerline and within its sterile area,then that cart is not supposed to be there in the first place!!Probably with a combination of the wintery weather plus dim lighting,makes the cart not very visible?

Yeah...DXB Airshow was great..thinking of going again on the 3rd day,but unfortunately had a mild flu+tonsilitis..so cancelled lah.There were 3 of us,me,Razmyn and Nishant frm Etihad Operations.Had so much fun shooting the flying display of the F-15E,F-16E,Typhoon,Rafale,PC-21,C-27Spartan,HAP Tiger and the A380.The theme of the flying display for jets was 'Burn baby,burn!!'...everyone wants to show off their afterburners!!

...and yeah,we missed the F-22 Raptor,only came in for a suprise visit on the opening day!!..but we enjoyed the Frecce Tricollori and Patrouille de France as well..

 

Maybe better luck next 2 years..

RTAF does a good job in keeping their 'antic' prop in good condition and flyable, not to mention the modification they made to those aircraft (ejection seats etc). can't wait for your coverage of the up coming event, Al Ain Airshow.
