Yup....noticed in my shots all 3 MiGs carry the Jalur Gemilang on their ejection seats.Nice touch.....unfortunately today the specially marked 03 did not fly,possibly a technical issue.....

Yup....with a very high nose attitude at ldg,thats one of the ways the backseater/instructor can see the approach and ldg!Unique to Russian machines...btw,tks for tumpang ur pickup for the planespotting session tukun!

Its interesting to note that our MiG 29 pilots wear French helmets and oxy mask.....wonder since when..must be a recent upgrade to some french equipments as I am pretty sure the 'speed jeans'aka g suit are also french.Cool...

On a nice touch by Emirates the operating Captain is Malaysian while the FO is an Emarati.The Captain was featured in the Star not so long ago!

Omega Tanker, its a commercial aircraft DC-10-40, right? It can't be KC10....
Yup...its a DC-10,basically fitted with two Chobams Drogue refuelling units under the wings.Omega Tanker is a civillian contractor basically providing support for military planes crossing the Atlantic and the Pacific Ocean.They own a couple of DC-10s and 707s as well.

The F-15s were flying nearly everyday when I was nightstopping there somewhere in early June.I even saw a couple of them on finals from the esplanade!!

pretty nice sight to fly into SIN via SAMKO runway 02L.
taxi via W5, NC3, EP, B1 to bay E3...
dep to KCH via intersection E8 02C..wohoo...best.
