    I flew this morning KUL-HKG on OD605. The check in counters are in E (opposite the MH Plat/Emerald) counters. The rest after that is straightforward and the same as it always has been for other airlines. Honestly the learning curve for this move is close to flat.

    Is free meal served? Or still b.o.b? In Y I mean...

    DP was MAC AIR , went bankrupt in mid 80's and MH quickly establish 9P to takeover DP routes as the most affected was O&G sector as DP was the only connectivity between KUL and KER ( Kerteh ) . Their fleet was predominantly turboprop Dorniers

     

    Oh my...I'm sure there is no record of this airline anymore...MAC Air...wonder what it stands for...I only knew 9P when I was doing KCH-KUL-TGG in 1991, spent a whole day in T3 Subang waiting for my connection...

    Maybe they should relook into the contract for cleaning...i find we malaysian a bit "cin cai" with our work...we are not like Koreans...Taiwanese or Japanese...they take pride in their work...even it means collecting rubbish. I may be over generalise here...but I hope teachers...including myself can instill this self pride in our future generations...take pride in whatever you do...don't take it for granted...make sure you do the best...

    No! For the SECOND TIME!!!! Means I gotta go back for the 3rd! Hahaha! Was in Jeju with my parents, my mum is not a big fan of Black Furry piggies...

    So this is the Gimpo (Kimpo) to Jeju (Cheju) run??

     

    I am hopping on the Kangaroo tailed next month and praying for the VH-OE* series 747-400ER!!! Although they do have a handful of RR powered non-ER 747-400 (VH-OJ*) series!!

     

    Wanted to surprise my dad...he was excited at the sight of the 747! I wonder where KE flies their 748 to...I might just plan a trip!

     

    Yup, there is 1 return flight from GIMPO to JEJU daily...a short 45-50 mins flight. It wasn't full, maybe it has cargo to carry.
