Yes I can safely say it is. Inconsistent I say...

The invisible gap that exist between the "have" and the "have not"...on one hand a daughter of a rich and influential man who lived a lavish life and sat at the highest pedestal and the other son of a sailor who worked hard towards his dream job...in the end no matter whose fault it was the lower end suffers the most.

I'm kinda curious as how did the cabinet ministers got wind of the uncomfortable seats...were the complains that severe?
-
I've always like their splash of yellow...now gone...sad...

Righto. IW must have good reasons for doing so considering the additional cost of parking, crew accommodation etc. I expect the commercial load factor for the 7 am flight must be good. I recalled years before when BI used to nightstop their A319 in KCH for an early morning departure to BWN.
Load was pretty bad...except during the holidays. KCH to BWN didn't work with BI 319 nor it it worked with MH ATR 72...I wonder if AK dare try with their 320?

Sheesh, they really need to spell check their captions!
And I thought that it was only the IFE screen instructions that had errors....
The word "ambiance"?

Yes Medan, my bad.
KNO...

Any reason why?Congratulations! Hope they push Expressair out of the route.
Hahaha...who would have thought for a 30 min flight between KCH-PNK we have a grand total of 3 airlines!
Urgh...still waiting for more direct flights ex KCH!

Sad indeed Cathay Dragon as it's their last flight to BKI. AirAsia monopoly now.
Yup, weather hasn't been great for the past few weeks... monsoon season.
Thanks for the reply Jahur, good insight about the plane, and MAS's inflight service which gone pear shaped.
MH no longer do BKI HKG?
-
OMG 76 POB.. just hope the route sustain until I can sample IDs service...
I think there is no difference with that of Malindo. Free luggage, refreshments and IFE. Is it not?
-
I think during the 90s we did have this kind of route. It was MH60 for the KUL-KCH-BKI-HKG/TPE on 734.
We had
KUL-KCH-BKI-HKG on A300
KUL-KCH-BKI-SEL on DC10
And,
KUL-KCH-MNL-TPE,
KUL-KCH-BKI-HKG on the B734.
-
While MH could have used the situation to it's advantage i.e free upgrade via lucky draw or a simple paid advance seat selection...MH went on to open a can of worms...such a missed opportunity!

KCH is the ILLEGITIMATE child for sure!

Wah....nice nice!

Has anyone tried the USB port for other purpose than to recharge your gadgets?
I think you can view your files on your phone...

👆 interior pictures...
First Class looks very simple...no wooden or gold trimmings.
Y has usb under the screen and the universal plug under the front seat...
Still no storage for Y passengers.

Any idea if it's possible for normal passengers to buy tickets on Skippers' Metro and Emb 120? Would love to give these rare birds a try.
-
31" in Y? 😱...I don't think that's comfortable for the long range the 350 flies...
-
I see footrest!!! For ALL Y or only the pseudo Y+?
-
or they using "layover-flight-pattern" for the crews? short rest and they will back to PEK. just my wild guest..
With their daily flights they can afford 1 night lay over.

Xiamen Airlines plans Beijing Kota Kinabalu from Jan 2018
Daily eh ? Now that may be an overkill
It's amazing how they can afford to leave the plane on the ground for such long hours...they sure have alot of planes to spare. Bet that one plane is allocated solely for BKI.
