  1. Unless the current pm foresee he will die in office, he is unlikely to remove his retirement benefit.

    Exactly....now we had the two ex PM being appointed as an so called 'advisor' to our national companies, what Malaysian companies are left? Perhaps Najib will be appointed similar position in Proton when he stepped down, with the assuption that if BN ever still in power by then. Remeber the previous allegations that he actually one of ths stakeholder for the inflight caterings?? I won't be surprise that Abdullah being appointed with such post in order for him to secure inflight meals contract with MH again.


  2. Frankly speaking, in my most humble opinion, i dont see there's such necessity to appoint him as an adviser to MH. It's a waste of fund, tax payer money. Over the years MH has been struggling to cut cost. I wonder how much he is rewarded for such post. Again, in the countries, there are so many being unemployed. The amount of fee paid to him can be use to recruit talented personnel. Again, MH staff are now suffered as a result of the cost cutting measures..many of them have to prudent in theirs spending lifestyle esp in this economy turnmoil.

    Over the past few months, there are many flight being cancelled due to light load....which directly resulted in lesser allowance earned for crew and etc. I feel that there are people outhere who are in need of financial aids rather than the ex PM. He had neither been in this line previously nor he is equipped with such knowledge as well. As such, i dont see he is capable of contributing to MH benefits. In order to be profitable, the management had taken number cutting measures which resulted to deteriorating of overall service. In other words, passengers are now suffering as well. Therefore, i think fund should be properly manage to source in talented candidates who are capable of increasing the yield of the company or motivate existing staff. Such appointment, may inevitably leads MH into greater financial crisis.

    Sad to say that everything can be made possible in this boleh land.

     


  3. [*]MH kena accept yg diaorg tak pandai jaga pelanggan. I nak stop collect Enrich miles lepas redeem this yr. Byk miles tak masuk, bila buat online kata akan proses tp sampai dah 3 bln tak masuk2. Beli brg masa flight pun tak pernah masuk walaupun crew dah tulis membership no. besar2 pd receipt. Mmg lembab!

    [*]Jwpn MH selalu tak responsif, sekdr bahasa je yg sedap. 3 surat i dpt dr MH dahlah 2-3 bln lepas aduan & jwpn still tak meyakinkan.

    [*]I pernah pre ordered Temptations via MH web tp sampai keluar aircraft tak dpt apa2. Crew pun tak inform apa2 (maybe tak tahu). Pdhal MH hantar email confirmed my order. Complaint tp sampai skrg no answer. MH patut malu sbb crew & ground staff pun mengutuk mgt MH terang2 tanpa segan silu pd passengers.[/i]

    Exactly...i always have to submit the receipt for temptation products i purchased on board....it takes them to post such transactions as well. I hate to say that Enrich miles is indeed expensive and i am thinking to purchase L fares for my future travelling with MH since any fares from L, V S, H & Q are no longer entitle for enrich accruals...what's the point of wasting extra dollar and cents...I wonder what's the Enrich department really works hard to enhance MH image.....worst come to worst, i should consider trying other airlines...

Im disappointed that the basic fares doesnt even entitled for enrich accrual now....MH is insane by doing so....previously fares under L, V & S are entitled for 30% while, H, Q and onwards are entitled for 70% but now such fares are fall into low and basic fares categories...which the online system prompt yo such fares are not entitle for any enrich at all.....sad and sad to say that it's indeed very very very expensive to travel with MH nowadays....


  5. Well done for MH and Air Asia

    i suggest MH should upgrade or renew their hardware equipment (flight, AVOD, design of Economy/Business and first class)

    According to the result, you will find that, MH lose in all economy, business and first class categories..

    it showed that it is the time for MH to upgrade their hardware to maintian their competative in the market.

     

    Precisely...more critical area are fleet renewal, cabin refurbishment and etc etc
