Hard to believe that in a few hours, it will be 3 years since we woke up to the tragic news of the loss of 9M-MRO and the 239 souls on board. Never imagined it would remain a mystery even to this date.
May they all rest in peace and may their loved ones find the strength to push on each and every day. -

ET will fly ADD-KUL-SIN effective June 2nd 2017 5 times weekly terminating the current ADD-BKK-KUL route. MH, AK and OD will definitely hike up their fares to BKK/DMK for sure.
The routing is ADD-SIN-KUL.

Looks like their B747SP is making a comeback?

They have to postpone the launch (or rather re-launch based on the above graphic) indefinitely due to runway maintenance works at CGK:

A Turkmenistan Airlines Boeing 777-22KLR (EZ-A777) landed in KLIA about 10 minutes ago as T53201. Is this a charter/seasonal or for maintenance? I believe they have terminated KUL as a destination a while back.

This article mentions the following: http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/business/integration-of-scoot-tigerair-to-strengthen-sia-s-position-ceo/3261258.html
"The national carrier also plans to add 12 new destinations this financial year"
Wow, 12 destinations! -

SQ may be launching direct flights to TLV in 2017.

Would SQ need to circumvent Malaysian and/or Indonesian airspace for this flight? -
Yay, we even get their 77W down to SIN too w.e.f 30MAY17.

MH will be switching to dnata for their ground handling services in SIN w.e.f November onwards.

9M-MRM ferried KUL-SZB today (05OCT16).

-
9M-MRL just departed KUL as MH5160. Probably an air-test of some sort? It made a U-turn over Penang and is seemingly headed back to KUL.
UPDATE: It landed in SZB.

Is it true that 9M-MPP will be ferried back to SZB because the deal fell through?
-
Singapore Airlines does it as well at Changi Airport.

The images are somewhat an eerie reminder of the ill fated SQ6 that crashed in TPE
Omg, I thought the same thing. Especially the night shots.
-
Is there any reason/clue of this accident? even there is no information on Avherald.
Possibly a failed go-around, due to windshear.

I think that picture of the RR fragment has been around for a while already. The image is probably not of the latest debris find in Seychelles.
