  1. I had experienced an aircraft arriving early by 15 mins and had to wait in the aircraft for 15 mins. The Captain had announced that they had to wait for the aerobridge handlers as the aircraft arrived early.

    Only experienced this in KLIA

     

    It happened in Heathrow too

    Looks good, and I'm sure it'll make a great screensaver for the desktop, but I'm gonna come out and say this development makes me unhappy.

     

    When you drop from J36 to J27...... I predict this (you heard it here first)

     

    1) There will be exclusions to fares, some fares won't be valid for travel on this plane

     

    2) Z availability will go down the drain (gonna be harder to come by)

     

    3) D likely also will be affected for those of you dreaming of using your enrich miles at "saver" levels.

     

    4) MH upgrade will suddenly be harder to win on this plane

     

    It'll be fine if you're always buying JRTMY/CRTMY/YY/CIF/JIF style fares (not me). Not so fine if you're a bargain hunter who buys ZBZOW1MLK style fares (me).

     

    Careful what you wish for :)

     

     

    Must be harder for enrich redemption oso....

     


  4. As one of my colleague informed earlier today, nothing......
    expect same livery, same uniform, same callsign for quite sometimes lahhhh

    will try to have a look on Wednesday (travelling to East Malaysia) - short haul
    and on the following week (long haul)

    Does it really matter if the crews are plus sized or old? Given the option of hotties with bad attitude or veterans with good people skills, I'd pick the veterans every single flight.

    While I prefer to be served by groups of crews with awesome service regardless of size, but I think the new management doesn't.

     

    On the other hand, kesian to those plus size male crew.... They need to button up their waist coat and they look like Disney on Ice figure....


  6. on another note...from my recent flight with MH i noticed the cabin crew were in high spirit and all smiles and being "more" attentive than previously.kudos to them and if you cant beat the others with your hardwares at least ensure your service can be a winning factor

    Couldn't agree more as no more plus size crew spotted on mh planes these days. Ouchhh


  7. sad to see that too. BTU also axed their boeing service too. that just giving AK chance to escalate the price... used to travel on AK during school holidays... 40% load but selling return ticket like RM300 for return flight

     

    Thought MASwings is still there?

    I understand your sentiment but looking of many of MH crew recently, I have to say that they have to do something about the "fitness" level of some of the crew. I think its now about the look but the appearance that matters. Crew need to be fit regardless of cabin or tech

    Good grief! If this is true then it's simply unethical. One could understand if this is for cabin crew, but tech crew? Outrageous.

     

    Hope it stays a rumour.
