Let focus back on 'MAS privatization'thread. The Regional Golden Lounge will be open on 3rd October following by closure of satellite terminal lounge for upgrading and refurbishment work.

I can't stand more than 3hrs on a narrow body because usually I'll get up and stretch myself after 2hrs plus. Can't imagine being stuck in a narrowbody tube for more than that.

Pleased to report that the flight selection page now displays the prices in miles instead of cash. It's now smart enough to exclude the non-redeemable fares (i.e. Q/O/G/Z) and display the lowest redeemable fare.
Still no option to modify your search or go back a step, though.

Not surprising - LRC's configuration is similar to Lion Air's.
How was the inflight service?
inflight service
refreshment - OJ or fizzy drinks, no kacang no biscuits
cabin crews - most of them were young, give them time to master their job, there are room for improvement
entertainment - malindomag is available, or BYO
inflight crews - one announcement upon reaching cruising altitude

KUL-LHE-KUL
9M-LRD is still idle - no flights, revenue or otherwise, since delivery.
Done KUL LGK on saturday and LGK KUL yesterday.
No PTV - short flight, not a problem
Tight seats - naaah, feels like MH and AK narrowbody planes
Overall - no problem to fly OD 737Max again next time, provided the flight is below 4 hours.

Over the past year or so, I have lost at least 5 very nice luggage tags when traveling via KLIA, while a standard issue airline tag survived. Wonder why..

I survived PER-KUL on OD (738) last year. My experience, not bad. I feel like trying KUL DPS BNE with them. But from what I've heard, load on this route isn't that healthy. 7 POB?
