  1. How about the passenger of the "spare aircraft" then?

Also, what is the police report made for? Isn't that internal problem?

Most probably they reshuffled the plane such that the passengers on the "spare aircraft" hop on later flight to the same destination.

When this kind of accident happened, surely there'll be group of people who'll have to take the consequence. I think the police report required for official

record. That catering truck driver should be looking out for different job now.

I a few times almost got hit by these reckless drivers during walkaround.

  2. Is this the latest Qantas engineer's tactic?

Plane had faults despite overhaul - The Age

A QANTAS aircraft just back from a maintenance overhaul in Malaysia had a string of faults including problems with its navigation systems and rudder.

A flight attendant also received two electric shocks in the galley of the 737, which is used on domestic routes, documents obtained by The Age show.

    ...

Among the other faults with the 737 and included in a technical log of defects obtained by The Age were:

■Movement of the pilot rudder pedals was restricted due to poor installation of the cockpit panels.

Why did they accept the plane if the rudder cannot move freely in the first place?Isn't it compromising safety?

I know we have some of the best engineers here otherwise all the MH737 in the museum already by now.

And yes, we have plenty of Aussie here in KL, Singapore and some say Batam... you want to nego also don't come and bash other people freely.

  3. Caught sleeping....... should check the previous sectors. maybe they were given unrealistic sectors.

Normally it is more that that meet the eyes.

Fully agreed! I went to work when the shops are still closed and finish work with shops already closed. Now I have past my sleeping time, and cannot sleep. damn...i should take part time job as batman la like this.

  5. after all my complaints...i am still taking MH. i only have a week's holiday so I didn't want to spend 20-24 hours travelling each way...as much as I would LOVE to get on EK, EY or SQ. damn it. wasting money for more crap. etihad is at least GBP150 pounds cheaper. and don't get me started on the food.

Thank you for flying with Malaysia Airlines! We have been reminded to treat everyone as guest!!!yeepaa!!! :yahoo:

  6. public area huh ... IMO , still in the compund of MAHB ... sorry for being a bit sarcastic and OT , but if the minister can make such statement , OH and Weather Station is a public area ..... :unknw: :p ...... so that particular area does not belong to MAHB :p ....

no offence .... just my humble opinion .....

Well, there is a signboard stated " authorized vehicle only" before you enter the said area :pardon: ...anyway, chasing plane spotters another supporting reason for high security at the wrong place.

  7. I think they should increase the security level since KLIA is a public place. 50 missed target bullets means nothing but it could have cost 50 lives otherwise. So it is definitely serious. The security level in KLIA is not that bad for a non terrorist target country it's just that it's concentrated to much at the wrong area and wrong people like pilots etc whereby they forgot to look at other areas as well.

This is not only for KLIA, It applies to every airport in Malaysia. I once put folded newspaper on top of the luggage scanning machine and passed through security check and collected back the newspaper still folded without being asked to open it. It could have been a knife/gun or whatever inside and it happened at our local airport.

BTW I damn hate it when I saw police traffic chasing cars sending/pickup passengers at KLIA. :pardon:
