  1. Cargo and MRO job planes do not require services of the Skypark. They also do not need apron space there. In order for airlines to provide scheduled jet services, Skypark termnial building and apron needs expansion. Govt. has no intention to do that.

Has anyone seen the traffic congestions along the road to Skypark and also the Subang Airport Highway during rush hours? Traffic will be a lot more if Skypark were to be restored to its former role. I cannot see that coming as road and rail infrastructure costs will be massive. Besides, the LRT and MRT projects are already under way, and they bypass Subang Skypark.

we are talking about the NOISE my dear...IF THE LOUD NOISE OF THE PLANE IS THE MAIN REASON WHY JET PLANE IS PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SUBANG SKYPARK....

  2. If you believe Kelantan has done their part, that's good but you also need to give clear example. I cant think of much effort by the state gov to promote their economy. Have they asked or fight for any of investment? Even the oil revenue is fought by tengku razali. In my view, they score terribly on the report card.

Penang airport is undergoing major renovation..

The impression I get of the Kelantan state gov is that they are just not business minded or business friendly... Very religious though.

If you are business minded, investments will pour in by federal gov, local and overseas investors.

Are u very sure Kelantan govt is like that? "not business minded or business friendly"??? then if they r not good, how come they able to win the majority vote from the Kelantanese people every GE? AND NO! Not because of they r very religious only but there must be "something else" that make majority people love them.

  3. Considering the airline has a sole 744 (that has not seen a revenue flight yet I believe) with no stated intention as yet to acquire/lease any smaller equipment, I'm guessing a lot of those "future routes" will need to be deferred for quite some time yet or more than a few of those airports will need to be upgraded very soon and very fast :)

they already stated they wanted to purchase/acquire some boeing 737-4/8 aircrafts

  4. To the eye of operators, Nuri is still a capable piece of machine, even the President of USA is still using it until today. However, to the eye of politicians it is a piece of junk, need to be replaced so that cronies will get the contract and everyone will get richer ......... sorry OT but could not help ...... :finger:

Nice pics though ....... Well Done........ :friends:

    :hi:

how about with the several of incidents involving this heli? And are you sure the operators said that way?

  5. It is not a question of capacity. It is a question of it being a jet.

Turboprops are slower, so no threat to jets.

Besides, SZB is already a no commercial jet zone. That was why AK were kicked out of SZB - they operate commercial jets!

so means if FY operating jet with let say only 16 seats also he will make noise as long as it is jet?
