    Maybe don't have enough staff available to work on 'launching' ceremonies at both KCH and BKI on same day ? :pardon:

     

    Maybe don't have enough staff for call centre too. Almost 1 hour waiting and hearing this sound.

    Really hope their website back to normal as soon as possible or the best way visit their booth at KL MATTA Fair starting by tomorrow.

    yes, waited for the call for very long... eventually they picked up. I almost gave up... Then even their system still got issue... somehow after keying in all the details I gave them, the data was all gone, so I need to re-gave them the data to key in again.... But eventually the booking was placed without payment yet, again the system glitch? They would call me back for payment details.

     

    Thanks for info, will try to call them again. I guess the system will available by tomorrow perhaps or before KUL MATTA Fair next weekend.

    Not working again - Server Error in Application "DEFAULT WEB SITE". The website don't even mention travel period or any other info - Just a waste of time!

    Malindo to launch first flight on Mar 22

    PUTRAJAYA:
    Malindo Air is set to launch its first flight on March 22 following its
    success in obtaining the air operator certificate (AOC) from the
    Department of Civil Aviation last month.

    As a start, the
    country's second low-cost airline will offer an all-inclusive fare to
    Kuching starting from RM38, while a trip to Kota Kinabalu begins at
    RM68.

    All flights will take off from KL International Airport.


    The airlines will be operating the Boeing 737-900ER airplanes, which
    have a capacity of 180 seats each and capable of serving destinations
    within a five and a half hour range.

    Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha handed over the AOC to Malindo Air chief executive officer Chandran Rama Muthy in a ceremony at the Marriott Putrajaya Hotel on Thursday.


    "With Malindo Air as a new airline in the country, it will stimulate
    other airlines to continuously push for better services in order to
    attract customers," Kong said in his opening speech.

    Malindo is a joint venture between Malaysia's Nadi Sdn Bhd and Indonesia's largest domestic carrier, Lion Air parent PT Lion Group.

    Flightaware showing there is an Air Asia flight AXM9797 coming in from Subang this afternoon. Apart from that, Tawau is getting a flight from Kota Bharu AXM9793 today. Special charter perhaps....

    Yup, charter flight AirAsia from KBR to TWU bring extra armed forces based in Kelantan to Sabah. I just saw at KBR this afternoon our armed forces get ready to fly there.
