I'm not a pilot that's why. actually all of the damage above is just to test "what will happen". I do go around every other time if i required to do it.

You should suggest this to MAS soon so that they can come up with that livery by the time it roles out next year!!!

 

Also, the Orchid Livery looks stunning too, but isn't the Orchid part of THAI ?

How do i suggest? I never done it before. I do have a lot of other livery in mind. I'll post it here later. I would love to see my suggestion being used by airline company.

 

orchid does has something to do with Thai, Singapore and India. Heliconia is actually has a lot to do with african and hibiscus also has something to do with arabian.

I once land an A330 on FS with lock brake because i'm coming in too fast and lazy to do a go around. it touch down, but later the nose gear collapse.

 

another one on FS is my attemp to land a 747 at a small airport somewhere near honolulu. too fast, lock brake. the main gear damaged. nothing else i can do but just do a belly landing on the field

not a good one, that ERJ defenately need total tyre replacement. Any spotter smells burning rubber? I think the pilot been playing with Need For Speed lately and would like to see how can a plane drift.

 

I remember it happen to a NWA A330 somewhere last year don't remember it was A330-200 or -300. the plane had engine trouble and make emergency landing at NRT with parking break lock. A Japanese news air it on TV showing the tyres on left main gear cought on fire and smoky. the news shows some fireman rush to the wheel to extinguish the fire. My dad saw it at the hangar when he travel IAH-NRT a few days later.

 

The plane is only a month old and good thing it's still under Airbus waranty.

PIA T7 is indeed nice. I saw them a few times at IAH, departing out at night, follow by China Airline A340 to TPE via Seattle.

This livery is great, but what up with the ribbon that go way back to the end, may be half way will be good enough............but still if you can come up with batik, it will be much preferable by Malaysian

thanks guys, i don't really know about that ribbon because the texture is based on both Hibiscus and Heliconia, both got ribbon to all the way back.

 

I try to come up with batik, and as azmal requested, i try Rozelle too. Maybe Raflessia, world biggest flower should be on A380, world biggest flower on world biggest pax jet.

I notice that, i never seen anything like it. IC is the only operator, how many of this type of A320 in the fleet? is there any special serial description on this A320? It look just like a shorter version of 757. I just love the 757, I wish MAS had it. the livery gonna look nice on it.

Batik theme is not a bad idea, infact I like it. I like orchid because it's one my favourite. even thought orchid is Singapore national flower, orchid can be found more in malaysia. I don't think heliconia is Malaysia national flower, it's Montserrat's.

I disagree - downgrading the toiletry kit would just make things cheap and tacky. And the airline is not losing money over making the toiletry kit either - companies pay airlines a lot to get their products onto the airplane. Think about it - it's great marketing for the various brands.

one most important thing is that MAS should get rid of branded expensive toiletrist kits. you know what, MAS give a branded one, i don't remember what brand it is. Air France give the kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and more) only in a plastic wrap with AF marking on it.

 

We don't really need the zipper bag, some passenger down take it with them, but just dump it in lavatory trash can.

 

one more idea of mine is make the A330 Go the distance. take it as substitute to 777 route. how about use it on new service and put the orchid livery like this one. come on, we got hibiscus and heliconia, how about orchid.

Oh yeah, remember when go spotting at New Orleans, bad weather, not digital camera, all pictures taken were blured and greyish and some white spots on it. the water on the lens like prisming the flash.

I've been on MMH night flight enroute Kuala Terengganu to KUL somewhere in September 2003. I almost miss the flight that night. Good thing they still allow boarding as there are about 5 more people come behind me. good thing i don't miss it or i miss my MH94 to LAX the next day.

I never been on any ramp with large widebodies. All that i've been around is MAS 737-400 and Kuala Terengganu and a Fedex 727-200 at Houston Hobby Airport.

you know what, the pict of MPA is just the right angle, look at the Malaysia flag, isn't it a perfect rectangle. the flag suppost to be a bit curved on the sides.
