I can tell you how it is here in the european union: If the airline canx the flight at least 14 days in front...they dont need to offer you an alternative flight! Just refund.

Its normal when you open 10 new routes that some of them are not working....and AK is not MAS where the taxpayer pay the loss or Malindo where this rich indonesian guy pay the bill!

Try to book TWU-KCH, but didn't found any flight between these two city in November, is it cancelled?
