AirAsia X said it made a RM16.6 million payment to MA (Sepang) on Monday, the latest in a series of four payments it has made since February 2, 2018. "This is contrary to claims made in a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by MA (Sepang) that AirAsia X has refused and/or failed to fulfill outstanding payments," AirAsia X Malaysia CEO Benyamin Ismail said. Amirul Mazlan 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2018 I still think AirAsia is being unreasonable with their own klia2 fee which goes to their pocket 100% and has nothing to do with MAHB.
flee 5 Report post Posted May 3, 2018 (edited) I still think AirAsia is being unreasonable with their own klia2 fee which goes to their pocket 100% and has nothing to do with MAHB. Agree, they itemised it separately as a political ploy when klia2 was first opened because they did not want to move from LCCT (their rationale - klia2 was too luxurious for LCC and operating costs from klia2 are higher). Furthermore, MAHB also politicised the aerobridge issue, saying that it does not cost much more for the pax. But now that they are firmly established there, they should just incorporate it as part of their fare as passengers have no alternative but to pay.
