It's my first time booking with them and my transaction has been rejected many times on CIMB Debit Card and Public Bank Credit Card. As of now im holding a reservation booking no with no payment made. Sector involving Singapore to Bangkok i believe should not be a problem. Their reservation office in Singapore is closed at the moment while their call centre in Bangkok could not help but asked me to wait for the Singapore office to open on weekday to call and do a credit card transaction on phone.
