Waiping 12 Report post Posted January 9, 2016 Small surprise for 2016. PK-YGH from Tri-MG Asia Airlines suspected of doing runs for Gading Sari Aviation in the absent of 9M-GSA. They were using similar Gading Sari-ish flight number. From FR24 Mon to Fri did KUL-KCH-KUL-KCH-BKI-KUL
Amirul Mazlan 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2016 9M-GSA will come out with new livery soon and new callsign and ICAO code.
Eddy Liew 0 Report post Posted January 23, 2016 Couple of MASWings ATR72-600 series are being ferried to SZB on FR24 at the moment. Heard the entire 600 series might be taken out of MASWings fleet roster and moved to Firefly due to underutilize and also the series are not partly sponsored by State gov as compared to the 500 series. Sad news, as AT76s are trackable on FR24. I used to track the BKI-LDU-BKI leg as I have relatives there. Wont be possible now with the transfer of the fleet to firefly. Eddy Liew 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2016 B752 N757MA is heading to BKI now. Not sure whether it is just a refueling stop or a longer stop hopefully it stays until tomorrow for picture opportunities for those who want to spot her.

Alif A. F. 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2016 Hi folks, today an SQ Cargo B744F will make a pit stop at BKI to deliver some freight. I suspect it is SQ7291 (9V-SFQ), which is enroute to SIN (as I write now, the plane is over Timor Sea between Darwin and Timor Leste), with BKI as a likely intermediate stop. Ready with your cameras! Waiping 12 Report post Posted January 29, 2016 Thanks Uncle Pieter. Just to add the plane was doing ACK - SIN with a brief 3 hour stopover at BKI, but I thought they can go direct from Auckland to Singapore without problem.

Eddy Liew 0 Report post Posted January 31, 2016 (edited) hm that's strange unable to load WP's pic of the Singapore Airlines Cargo B744. On the other hand was anyone listening to ATC when the B744 came to BKI approach/departure on the 29/1? The wbkk liveatc feed somehow did not have a recording of it in archive. Waiping 12 Report post Posted February 4, 2016 After trying unsuccessfully to capture RN's first flight, I went back again on the 3/2 to try my luck. Waited from 1000 to 1120. Was about to leave when RN arrives, 1 hour later than ETA.
