Well spotted MM - yes, it was 07. I guess this is my final picture of the unfortunate aircraft!

MH5109, Retro 744 lining up Rwy15 for her test flight. Not in the best condition to photograph her, but it will have to do...

Thanks for sharing KS. This thread is a bit quiet this year!

Here is some traffic from SZB on the day MPP was originally scheduled for its air test.

Raya Airways finally realised the mistake they made with their B757F livery. Here we see the airline's name in BOLD font!

USS John C. Stennis is somewhere in the region - this C-2A Greyhound is proof of that.

Sorry to see the grass is growing wild in SZB - what happened to the maintenance guys?

Malindo Air's new livery and new Malaysian registration. 9M-LCC. She was previously Batik Air's PK-LDE. She did a three hour test flight around Port Klang airspace.

Nice catch KS Ong :good:. Wonder if there will be changing the name from Malindo to Batik or retain Malindo?

Nice catch of the new livery MALINDO. Believe the Malindo titles shall remain, as rebranding into batik would have meant that the titles from the previous PK- registration would remain, and the flag and rego change only

Actually it would work just the opposite. When we switch on FR24, all the aircraft would have their information i.e. rego, aircraft type etc displayed. If you switch it off it would popped like a sore thumb.

As a spotter we jump on the possibility of getting a rare aircraft, not having your rego display is one of the criteria.

Correct - every time we see an "unidentified" aircraft, our curiosity is heightened.... Nowadays, we see it appear as A319 on FR24.

should charter a submarine next time if she truly wants to be under the radar.....

And they thought it would escape scrutiny by not using 9M-NAA.... Quite devious! :finger:

Few will notice if she use tycoons cronies private jet but none could take her luggage or too old.

I don't think they would trust any Malaysians (including those who operate the A319/A320 CJs) to operate these flights nowadays. Secrets have a way of leaking....
