Your Favourite Aircraft/Would love it in MAS Fleet

Recommended Posts

Hey guys...was wondering, what is ur favourite aircraft in the world?

and would u like it in our MAS fleet one day???

to me my favourite aircraft would be

-MD-11 (once in MAS fleet, but still Loving it!!!)

-Boeing 747-400 (airbus may take the limelight, still i love my jumbo)

-boeing 777-300 (too bad MAS doesn't have -300ER version)

-Boeing 777-200LR (would love to see it one day for MAS serving KUL-LAX sector)

last but not least.... BOEING 787-900!!! absolutely the aircraft of the future!!! (and there is a big possibility that B787 might one day in MAS colour)

Putting aside engineering economics (i.e. this is a pure ignoramus' view), I'd love the B767-300.

I think it would be interesting if we had some Russian Aircraft in our fleet.. Such as a Tupolev 224 or Ilyushin 96, or maybe even the Tupolev 144 (Supersonic flights from here to LAX biggrin.gif )

but more reasonable,

B787

A346

B773ER

B772LR

B747 ADV or -500/-600

Boeing's Sonic Cruiser

hmmm....how about an ATR..i think an ATR 72 would look smashing sporting the MH livery...

It could probably operate the KUL-IPH sector...or a KUL-MKZ sector...

Plausible?

I'd love something sleek like the Bombardier Global Express, exclusive for premium passengers to LHR or wherever, or for charter.

I'm not a fan of the 773 series . I think its too long . Same goes with the 346 .

772's and 345's are just nice ...

Long is nice, but smaller is good too..... tongue.gif

I think i would love to see :

B773/ B773ER

A345

A320

A318 (Do you all think this aircraft is feasible for MH on their domestic runs; say KUA,IPH, AOR?)

SIAFC training is conducted on Cessna 172's up to CPL, before transition to Beech 58 Baron. From there they move from Jandakot, about 30mins south of my house, to Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, Queensland for Learjet 45 training, and their first experience in the right hand seat. From there the EXTREMELY lucky graduates, move onto Singapore Airlines mainline fleet. On fairly frequent occasions the Lear45's are flown to Jandakot, to pick up those pilots moving east, etc. Always a pleasant site to see.

On topic now, I believe the A320 would look awesome in MH livery.

My favorite is probably the B747-400 and B777-200ER.

I would love to see these getting added to the fleet:

B777-200LR

B777-300ER

B747-Adv

A380 would be on the list if only they would redesign the nose! tongue.gif

4988[/snapback]

Uncle...have u ever seen a -300 series with engines like that? They only use CFM 56 series engines...(or better known as HairDryers due to their similar shape).

Click on this sentence for more info regarding this aircraft.
