As Air Transport slows to a trickle, the Worlds airports rapidly become high density aircraft parking. As each day passes and another month begins, we’re constantly bombarded with 24/7 “Breaking News” from around the globe. Plus we’re a literal “Captive Audience” and it’s sometimes difficult to switch off. But we must, as this continual bad news is really bad for Mental Health and so too is Social Media #sorryinstagram I really do recommend turning off your phone or at least data for 24-48 hours and do something you haven’t done for years. I’ve been playing backgammon with my son, he’s getting very good.
