Yusoff 1 Report post Posted July 21, 2008 From AVHerald: Lufthansa A343 at Denver on Jul 16th 2008, door ripped off as jet bridge collapses By Simon Hradecky, created Monday, Jul 21st 2008 07:04Z, last updated Monday, Jul 21st 2008 07:08Z A Lufthansa Airbus A340-300, registration D-AIGT performing flight LH481 from Denver,CO (USA) to Munich (Germany) with 204 passengers, had just completed boarding, when the jet bridge at the left door #1 inexplicably lowered and ripped the entire door off the airplane. The flight had to be cancelled and passengers were rebooked onto other flights. The airplane is still undergoing repairs in Denver.
