michgyver 0 Report post Posted July 11, 2009 A narrow body jet circling around melaka sky saw an airplane - jet type flying from inland towards the straits around 7.20 -7.25pm. never seen a jetliner in this flight path, so i observed a bit longer. then it turn to the left moving south before making another 180 deg turn for the north again. any one knows what happened? Hey GeO, negative... the new airport terminal does not have aerobridge, just remote bay. pics were taken on 6 February. overhead the airfield. Wings Air, a subsidiary of Lion Air uses their new ATR72-500 for a scheduled daily flight. Today PK-WFK flies into Melaka Airport. Runway 3 Wings Air and the terminal taken from remote On the tarmac Leaving for Pekan Baru at 12.50pm as JT1279. Load Factor = 47% Taxiing on the runway to depart from runway 21 make u turn at the old turning point. airborne around old terminal area. just need 700m to airborne. my spoting place for the day.
