Its a North Korean Airline.

They operate weekly flights from Pyongyang to Beijing, Macau, Shenyang and Vladivostok.

An Air Koryo Tu-134 was in KUL a few months back.

But your photo looks like a B757 Air Koryo ???

Couldn't be.. Western a/c ??

Its a Tupolev Tu-204-300, the only one and latest in their fleet.. :clapping:

Currently only 1 in their fleet, and 1 on order. Fitted with 8 business class seats and 145 economy seats. I heard that they will be flying it to Moscow.

Looks like the Tu-204 is in between an IL-76 and IL-96 Cubana Airlines (Red & Blue Tail).. Long way from Havana.

MIR,

AN-124 on one side and Cubana TU-204 on other side, same winglets...no IL-76 in these two pictures.

Engines of TU-204 are RR-clones and look very similar, actually :pardon:

IIRC.... Some TU-204s are using RR engines... esp -120 variants which has Western avionics as well.

I doubt if the N-Koreans will be allowed to use the real RR-engines

Thanks for the feedbacks and answers for my question.

Guess that it's time for Air Koryo to modernize it's Soviet-era fleet.

One thing,Uncle Pieter,Does Air Koryo included in the list of the banned airline company by EU?

Thanks for the answer of my question,Uncle Pieter.

So,Air Koryo now flies around Asia major cities, and no longer flies to Europe.
