After so many years as people complaint to KTM, yet they still delay.

when asking about the reason, yet they giving the same reason...

BTW, can I ask for the longer train or more RAPID for Putra LRT?

their fleet and infrastructure is aging and the government, in all honesty, has not been giving them due attention and allocation. And has not been keeping its hands out of how they are run too.

Actually, this is old news already - the contract to supply 35 new 4-car trains were awarded to the Bombardier-Hartasuma Consortium in October 2006 and as we speak two trains are currently being manufactured in Sahagun, Mexico. ETA early next year - the rest of the purchase will be partly assembled here in Malaysia.

Hmm... not sure if I attended any Hari Pelanggan before.... what do they normally do during Hari Pelanggan? Just Q&A session? Any collectibles to be sold that day? Or just a simple 'ceramah', or short talk and presentation on BTP2?

I work in government sector

Normally hari bertemu pelanggan is for the pelanggan to meet representative from the respective ministry / agencies / division. Let say on HR side, customers will come and seek for conformation / probation period. Posting. Career development etc.

And there's even a counter for free pap-smear check-up!

It really depends on the respective ministry / agencies / division anyway. They will decide what they want to put during the Hari Bertemu Pelanggan.

But huge banners say NO TO SNACK BOX......definitely a wrong act at a wrong place.

In all fairness I think you can still make a point with MAS over at this event what you think about the snackbox. It is after all a feedback, and that's what they are asking for for this event.
