Cornelis Boersma 0 Report post Posted April 17, 2009 Thx Guys :) here some more of LHR of last weekend Day 2: My first B763 with WL Then day 3: This one specially made for Uncle Pieter A7-ArreCifE After walking back to Hatton Cross from the spotting field I had this one on APP, to bad I could run back this fast to get the side shot of it Just after this one came in Then in Terminal 4 Skippy was on tarmac Kingfisher came in, one of the two daily 330 flights After boarding the Fokker 50 PH-KVH, and turning onto RWY27R for departure to AMS, we aborted takeoff due to some technical problem with one of the engines. After some engine tests on the taxiway with still the same mallfuntion we got back to the terminal. As this was one of the last flights back to AMS that day, we got put into a hotel. So i got myself a free 4th day at LHR/EGLL!! here a few more of day 4: BA BA744 on APP to 09L with VS A346 on downwind UAE/EMI/EK A388 comes in from DXB hehe, "Emirates 001, Go Around...." And here 2nd approach on 09L over Windsor Castle!! Seen from Terminal 5 Iran send SP!! EP-IAA. Really rare for LHR!!! KLM stesses deboarding after flight from AMS. They probably have the 0600 AM flight back to AMS the day after And finally the day after finally my first time on Fokker 50 This time Pieter send PH-Lima Xray Pieter My flight was on 13 April, now it is 18 April, but PH-KVH the aborted takeoff F50 still isnt back in AMS!! For Aug/Sept, runway 27L and R are utilised for landing/takeoff. If landing on L in morning, R shall be in afternoon. Switch is always consistent at 1500. I am still here. Since Fri. By the way, I didn't get one beer. VJ Mallya gave me two yesterday! 30mins separation. Here's the 2nd beer:- The others..... The older one.... The newer one... She is familiar with KLIA too.... Another Force from India. But purchase too many and don't know what to do with some of them.... I was tired of her after just a day. Just too many.... Again. My jackpot of the year!
