wow Pieter, you do travel a lot! ;)

Nice to know that the Netherlands has so many airports, even though the country itself is quite small..

Congratulation Pieter for completing (the inputing of) your 1,000th flight. A very difficult feat to rival for commercial passengers like us. Gefeliciteerd!

I might do this flight memory thing one day when I've got time... Looks most interesting. Now if only there was an easy way mapping my BA97 calendar over to flight memory or something.

Keith, I saw your BA97 page. It has a very nice layout with the airlines' logo and such, just like in FDIS at the airports but in term of statistics and maps, FlightMemory is way better.

If only FlightMemory can have a finer map and incorporates those airlines/airports/aircraft manufacturers logo and country's flags in their charts, it would be awesome!

Maybe you could be the one who can rival our dearest Pieter C, hey?

The BA97 calendar (created by BA97 on Flyertalk) is meant to provide an easy way for Flyertalkers (and any group of friends who choose to use it) to meet each other on flights and in lounges. If you sign up for an account, there's a calendar in there of when who is flying what sector, as well as their movements in airport lounges etc. I regularly get requests via PM from someone who needs help being guested into a particular lounge, and am usually more than happy to do so unless I'm already traveling with someone to begin with (only allowed 1 guest).

I am keen to use flightmemory just to see the stats, and how close I am to getting cosmic-induced cancer. :p Just a matter of making the effort to put in my flights all over again! And even then it won't be a complete record because I only started collecting boarding passes Jan 2005.

Both tools serve very different purposes. :)

And no having seen Pieter's record - I will never be able to rival in segment count. ;)

The BA97 calender can be downloaded into Excel (CSV) format, isn't it? Well guess what, you can import Excel (CSV) data into FlightMemory.

But you need to pay. I guess the best way is to key it in one by one.

Pieter has been circling the earth 34 times, going to the moon 3 times, but thank God he is still very far from the sun. I am still half way to the moon and only done circling the earth 4 times haha...

Slowly entering my details... no option for 'premium economy' under class of travel. :pardon:

To Keith (and some others here),

We can't view your details. It is such a 'waste' to display a banner which can't lead us to the maps, charts and statistics. To do so please copy the highlighted URL from your FlightMemory's personal setting page into your MW signature.

Only if you mind sharing the info with us.

Can only recall as far as 2000 but still lots of missing flights between 2000-2001. Give up racking my head for any earlier than that

Just want to share, on 7 March 2008, I completed my 100th flight with Malaysia Airlines.

MH100.jpg

Despite all the dissatisfactions that I have towards MH recently, I feel proud to have flown them on more than 100 sectors. It's like I have completed a really long chapter in my life.

I am looking forward for my 100th sector flying to/from KCH (now stands at 88) and KUL (now stands at 76) in my Top 10 Airports chart very soon. Also my 100th sector flying on Boeing 737-400 (now stands at 61 sectors) in my Top 10 Aircrafts chart, although this might take quite sometimes.

Ah found a small stash of BPs from 2004. So I'd collected BPs earlier than I'd thought. :pardon:

Hey all:

As requested by Azizul, here is my FlightMemory banner. However, it's not complete yet. I still have flights pre-1989 to be included, as well as quite a few KCH->KUL vv flights which I can't recall exactly when, and how many? As with everyone, it will be updated as my flight memory comes back, if it does.

With best wishes,

Ben

Have now changed my Domestic Map from the Netherlands to United States of America, to show the flights I've taken there previously :pardon:

The Netherlands is a small country, so not much to show anyhow...

....almost 1100 flights now and still adding....

You spend more time among the stars then on planet earth Pieter? :clapping:

After AMS my 2nd airport I had most departures out of now is KUL :D

Followed by HEL, PMI and FUE all 3 sharing the 3th place.

Here my worldmap. Too bad a smal airport like MFM is not shown. :(

welt428561208512503.png

Most flown airlines: STill Martinair and Transavia, sharing 1st place.

Most flown aircraft; Still B752 as 752 is starting to get hot feet from A320.
