Thanks MIR. Could not really get a good look at the types but the F18s on the right of the formation are single seat so not TUDM.

 

Was going over to the mainland this morning but didn't make it.

 

I think the RAAF might also be back in town.

I understand that at least one Hornet (M45-07) has been spotted with a lighter tone paint scheme. Does anyone know if this is experimental or will it be applied fleet-wide?

I think two frames arrived not so long ago. First was N625KA (M101-01) and, I think, the second was N8116V (M101-02(?)) but haven't been able to confirm that.

 

Both in use for multi-engine conversion I believe.

Six Royal Thai Air Force F-5 and a C-130 arrived Butterworth on 4th May for Exercise Air Thamal 24/2014.

One of the jets is a F-5T (21124/91687) which has a special tail marking, commemorating 100 years of aviation in Thailand.
