M44-06? Last Sunday it was in MKZ for paratrooping exercises.

After the last take off leaving MKZ, the pilot made a low flypass over the control tower and made a tight turn. It came as a complete surprise. Too bad I already put my cam into the bag, but nevertheless it is fun to watch.

Those are one AMAZING set of photos!! The Amount of codensation on the MKM wings are incredible. Are the pilots getting more tolerant to high Gs? :p

And please let there be 5 MKMs in formation during LIMA

Raymund, if you mean the C130J, it was an RAAF aircraft, A97-447. Nearly missed it as it took off from Rwy 18 when everyone else was using 36.

Iwan, thanks. I can't get to LIMA this year. Hope its a good show.

I just got to know that Air Transport National B76F (N761CX) arrived Butterworth from Anderson AFB last Wednesday and just left earlier this morning back to Anderson AFB. Very rare !

Apart from the C-130, it is rumoured there's one AP-3C (A9-658) but it's currently away for a while participating in EX AusThai 13.

There's a King Air 350 (A32-426) calling Aussie 447 is currently crossing the Timor Sea, I guess it's heading to BWH, might arrive in a couple of days.

"Aussie 458" KC-30A (A39-004) is currently on descent into BWH. I also heard the "Rhino" callsign too, might be the Super Hornets from Down Under.

Saw a couple of fighters on approach to 36 Butterworth on Tuesday evening, while driving over the Penang bridge. Couldn't make out the type or nationality though.
