Transit hotel at BKK

Recommended Posts

Is Novotel the only transit hote at BKK? I was quoted RM900 for a night stay (in Dec)! Any cheaper alternative? e.g. something cheaper like Ambassador Transit Hotel at SIN?

Have heard good stories of the Queens Garden Resort from British spotters: when you tell reception you're an aircraft- spotter, they'll let you on the roof terrace for approach 19R shots !!! :yahoo:

Most of them are in the downtown area, or at least I know for sure the LM, Swissotel, the 2 HIs, Sofitel and the Courtyard are.

Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport quoted me THB 5885 nett for Deluxe Room and 1 extra bed THB 1300 (to add 10% service and 7% tax) ... Total about THB7406 nett (RM785)

We have 3 adults and 2 small children (no charge for children)
