INDIGO Ah well, back lit...imagine me standing facing WEST...sun is behind me at South East position. so, side shots for arrivals is a no no....BACK LIT. the 737-700 looks cute. Pieter... I guess the local will look at me like another "locals"...i don't look like a westerner But if YOU go there...the whole village will drop by and "stare" at you...just say that you are Santa Claus from Dutch!! I just had a simple camera bag...nothing Fancy..since i only used D80 +18-200mm so it doesn't look so outstanding. Some of them have good English skills...mostly children and they are now having thier Deevali holiday break.
Vivek 0 Report post Posted November 6, 2008 Nice shot TK. If you notice in the top right hand corner of the image, you can see a Kingfisher A330-200 parked at a remote bay. This has been parked since quite a few days, as Kingfisher has delayed the start of their BOM-HKG service because of the present economic crisis. A Go Air (Orange) A320 can also be seen parked at a remote bay in the background (just above the AI A310) - Vivek

Vivek 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 Still wondering if the 'mount' is a safe place to be Maybe, someone can reply to request: I think its best not to go there for some time considering the recent terror attacks. I haven't gone there since the past month or so. I'll wait till the security situation improves before heading there. Will let you guys know once I get first hand info. - Vivek

Yours were very nice to view without the 'other' distraction which is a real turn off. Names & Credits granted by not thru the guts of the aircraft please! Yes, that symbol reminds me of the old white n blue livery of Aeroflot.
