S V Choong 4 Report post Posted August 2, 2007 The second runway at Kansai Airport, Japan's second largest international airport will be operated from tomorrow, in hope that it will become an international air freight centre for the area. The first flight that will land on the new 4,000m runway is Japan Airlines' flight from Bangkok.
