flee 5 Report post Posted August 2, 2014 DC-8 anyone? JAL HND-HKG-KUL was by DC-8-62 if not mistaken. Only once for me - Thai Super DC-8 from LHR to BKK with stops along the way (I think it was Amsterdam, Bagdad and Karachi). Super stuffy and uncomfortably cramped aircraft. Fortunately for me, the return BKK-LHR flight was on a DC-10.

S V Choong 4 Report post Posted December 26, 2014 (edited) Ahh, yes, that's correct. Night flight, from KUL to BKK for work. Thought it was -300 model. Correcting the RJ info... The year is almost over, so I am updating this before I forget.. Only a handful of airlines had used DC-10-40 in the past, such as JAL and Northwest Orient (along with the -30 too) Lion Air should be 737-900ER?
