Tom/PER 0 Report post Posted January 25, 2017 When landing yesterday arvo on OD305 couldn't help noticing one of those B744's has had 3 of its 4 engines removed, be surprised if they all fly again. KLIA is like a B747 junkyard.
KS Ong 1 Report post Posted February 3, 2017 She was seen departing yesterday evening as B3 0700 to BKK. However, the flight number was meant for PBH(Paro) - CCU(Kolkata) - BKK. Wonder why she stopped KUL?
BC Tam 2 Report post Posted February 3, 2017 KLIA is like a B747 junkyard.Talking of which, I wonder if the airport authorities have already identified owners of those couple of 'we don't know whose' 747s parked at one corner of MTB ? Md Amer 0 Report post Posted February 3, 2017 Talking of which, I wonder if the airport authorities have already identified owners of those couple of 'we don't know whose' 747s parked at one corner of MTB ? Are they still there ? So was JHB the last time I was there I think the abandoned 747 still parked at MTB till now. No one wanted to claim those 747 until today. Raymund Yeoh 1 Report post Posted February 6, 2017 Why can't MAB after a timeframe scrap those 747 right to the junkyard like what the local city council does to towed away cars.
Tom/PER 0 Report post Posted February 6, 2017 Has MAB/MH actually painted an aircraft into the 'new' red/blue and white swoosh livery? Curious if those 'Troll master' B738's were delivered in the old livery?
