Rozhan 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2007 (edited) One benefit from this new facility is that one need not rush to the airport so early just to check in. Even for a 4 days / 3 nights trip, one could easily stuff clothes etc. in a small carry-on bag without having to check in any. AK has always been many steps ahead against the local competitor. Its payment system also accepts direct debit via Maybank2U and FPX, in addition to the usual Visa and Mastercard. It means students or whoever without credit cards (or rather not use one) can get the lowest fares via the web. The competition only specifies MC or Visa. In an article in the papers last week, TF was quoted as saying that very soon, one can opt for priority boarding (for a small fee), hence can board earlier and choose one's favourite seat. AK is slowly becoming the airline of choice for many with innovative services and value for money fares. Oh yes! I got my LIMA tickets already during the recent 'Free Tickets' sale. And there was none of that BLACKOUT DATES FOR SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. AK has no such nonsense! Edited April 23, 2007 by Rozhan
