This time, he turn around for full ILS approach runway 16.. Fuhhh, one hell of smokey touch down...and it was bouncy bouncy landing... first on the steering bro ?? after the not-an-expected hard landing, he flew away back to his hometown... Thats all, hope you enjoy those.... Edited January 30, 2007 by Mohd Idham

LeeCH 0 Report post Posted January 30, 2007 Minimum Reuirement by Civil Aviaiton Authority Singapore for initial aircraft type rating certification flight. 1 Complete Autoland 1 Touch and Go 1 Full Stop Landing This is the absolute minimum. Depending on the number of trainees on board and availability of aircraft, instructors can opt to do more sometimes if he feels that trainees requires more practise. Its an expensive exercise guys....

Pieter C. 5 Report post Posted January 31, 2007 what is ILS approach? im a lay person... Approach to the landing runway, following the Instrument Landing System (ILS), consisting of the Localizer and Glideslope... Maybe, captain (papa)Radzi or FO LeeCH can explain better the technicalities for you
Leo 0 Report post Posted February 1, 2007 I ask about the full stop landing for 747 this is because I saw in the picture that Mohd Idham provided show the end of the runway the place for aircraft turn didn't feel like big enough for a 747 can turn around. So that why I ask those pro are there able to turn 180 degree turn at the end of the runway.
