KC Sim 2 Report post Posted October 16, 2008 The Bahraini B747SP departs today at 1500hrs to Bahrain . . . but I had a 1505hrs departure on Jetstar Asia to KUL and connecting onto AirAsia to Kuala Terengganu. Don't think I could hang around at the gate long enough to photograph the Bahraini B747SP taxying past. In the meantime, we had this morning a lovely subject - Wunala Dreaming of Qantas. Sadly, the light wasn't great - and it was less than 10 mins after Wunala landed! Such is life as an aviation photographer. KC Sim

Sneeze Lam 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2008 Dear Changi Spotters, I just recieve a call from Sneeze that B-KPF is operating CX739 into Changi today. I guess, because of this, SQ sent 9V-SPP by return! But the time was too late, it flew to HKG as SQ866/7!!
fablee 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2008 (edited) Hi Sneeze and Kevin. Just want to thank you for posting real time (timely) info of the deployment of B-KPF as CX739 today. If only I had checked MW at 11.47 I am sure the SIN spotters share my sentiment - we appreciate your kind gesture. Thanks again. Be glad to return the favour if SQ should ever have special liv again. Raymond Ngu 0 Report post Posted October 19, 2008 Thanks Kevin for calling me for the KPF info and also many thanks to Sneeze. For all "Asia World City" colour scheme lovers..... CX 739 from HKG, arriving 22 minutes earlier in heavy rain. Such is life..... If KPF arrives ontime......it would have good light..... Departing back to Hong Kong as CX 734, as u can see from the picture.....light is bad. For Sneeze, JX 702 from Hong Kong. Quite surprised to see her back in the air. Hope you guys enjoy....
