They are following EK with the baggage allowance rates. Is there any other airlines in the world other than EK and EY that gives more than 20kg of baggage allowance for Economy class passengers?

 

Emirates has one of the world's most generous baggage policies. Economy Class customers can check in 30kg, Business Class travellers 40kg and if you are flying First Class you can travel with 50kg of checked baggage.

If my memory serves me right, the 30 kg rule applies to gulf air and oman air as well. Flew QR recently, the stated allowance was 23kg.

I am unable to book BKI-LHR on EY's site anymore - what a bummer

There is also a pop-up alert that KUL-AUH vv (in December at least) will be operated by partner airline Jet airways

i still remember back to 2009, if i'm not mistaken, 9W 77W was a regular visitor, operated on behalf of GF, in both GF & 9W liveries

I was lucky to fly in Air Seychelles operated by Etihad earlier this year...the 332 is very tight and cramped...and IFE is not as extensive as EY's...barely a handful of movies...
