You can unfasten the shoulder strap after take-off I believe, thus permitting a more comfortable rest So I guess now, CX pilots can smash on the brakes when they land and the pax won't go sliding off their seats so much anymore... Looks very nice and comfortable (looks better in real pictures don't you think?).
