According to the newspaper ad (The Star, Saturday March 15, 2008):

Kindly submit application together with a detailed resume (e-mail address & telephone number) certified true copies of certificates (SPM & others), academic transcripts, copy identification card and a recent full-colour, passport-size photograph (non-returnable) to:

MALAYSIA AIRLINES

2nd Floor, Administration Building 4, MAS Complex B

Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport

47200 Subang, Selangor

Please indicate "CADET PILOT" on the top left corner of the envelope. Application should reach us before 30 April 2008. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Hope that helps :)

They're probably considering the duration at the flying school and the line training.

.......All victims of the bumiputra quota who applied first to MAS but got rejected and SIA swept them up.

errrr how do u explain my case then?? Melayu also kena reject..

Truth is too many people apply for very limited slots.

We are lucky not enough Singaporean available for its cadet programs that SIA was forced to recruit people from malaysia, hong kong & India for its cadet program.

this is papercut from Mingguan Malaysia:

the address is quite different.

This one is more detailed compared to the advert in the Star.

This is all good... But I had loads of Malaysian classmates when I was in SIA Flying College. All victims of the bumiputra quota who applied first to MAS but got rejected and SIA swept them up.

me also rejected lor. there's no such bumiputra quota in MAS.
